First, the upper and lower die base of the stamping die is installed on the punch or punch slide, and the lower die base is installed on the punch or punch table. After the upper and lower mold bases are fixed, the module can be installed on the mold base to ensure that the installation position is correct and accurate, to avoid errors causing the mold to work normally.
When the stamping die and the concave die are installed, a uniform blanking gap should be left to ensure the quality of the stamping and extend the service life of the stamping die. The assembly order of the upper and lower molds should be determined according to the mold structure, and the installation of the molds with and without guide columns should determine different installation methods. For complex stamping die installation, it is necessary to determine a reasonable assembly sequence according to the limited size of the upper and lower modules. Sometimes the improper installation order not only affects the subsequent installation work, but also may not be installed, so the correct installation order is very important.
Temporary repair of stamping die refers to parts that do not need to be folded, only need to be formed on the machine, or only need to be repaired. Mainly include the following aspects:

(2) Polish the blunt edges of the punch and die with whetstone.
(3) Replace the spring rubber and tighten the loose screws.
(4) Loose punch for fastening or surfacing.
(5) Adjust the mold gap and positioning device.
